Mando: Don’t Mask it. Mando It.
Mando partnered with an external agency to develop a new campaign platform for the brand. The agency coined DON'T MASK IT. MANDO IT. and established the overarching creative concept and campaign copy. My role was to bring that idea to life by developing a cohesive visual system, and translating the campaign across retail, OOH, ecommerce, social, email, and print.
Role: Campaign Design · Art Direction · Visual Systems · Omnichannel Design
Campaign Toolkit
The agency's campaign concept gave Mando a strong verbal platform. I translated the idea into a flexible visual system built around bold typography, high-contrast navy and orange, product-forward imagery, and direct messaging.
I also adapted the campaign copy into each layout, establishing hierarchy and determining how messaging and imagery worked together across formats.
Retail + OOH Executions
The campaign needed to work beyond the screen and make an immediate impact at shelf and in physical environments. I adapted the system across retail displays, shelf communication, point-of-purchase, transit, and OOH—using bold messaging, product visibility, and clear benefit hierarchy to communicate quickly.
retail pdp + Ecommerce
The campaign extended into ecommerce, shifting from awareness to product consideration. I translated the visual system into PDP storytelling that balanced campaign messaging, product benefits, education, and conversion.
Social + email
Social and email gave the campaign a more conversational, product-focused expression. I adapted the system into modular layouts for product education, campaign messaging, and promotional moments—keeping the creative consistent while designing each format for the way consumers engage with it.
Email allowed for more storytelling, moving consumers from campaign message to product education and purchase. I designed layouts that balanced bold campaign moments with product imagery, supporting copy, and clear calls to action.
